New Year Thieving at Otres Beach, Sihanoukville

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Last night, 13.04.2018 between 01:00 and 03:00 in the night I got stolen the red bag like on picture and 12” ASUS laptop from inside the common area in a guest house on Otres 1.

If anyone saw especially a bag today, please let me know.
Thanks a lot.

There was nothing valuable in the bag, also PC was without (proprietary) charger, and fully locked.

Another robbery in Otres, while she was sleeping last night they came into her room and stole everything. This was after moving from another place that had bedbugs.

So they tried going to the police in sihanoukville but the cops wouldn't let them report a crime and as they told me, "they were chased out of the station very aggressively". Any ideas?

They also can't get ahold of anyone at their embassy (UK) assuming cause KNY. Passport, money and phone stolen. I believe that they need the police report for the passport, am I correct? Can they file the report in Phnom Penh

As I said, the popo in shitsville wouldn't let them make a report and "chased" them off. Or you mean they can do the report in PP? They know as well it will cost them a donation
