new vaccine card

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I am new wit a smart phone, never had one in Thailand ( never had any reason to own one)
You've been in Cambodia for month and haven't scanned QR codes when you entered a place for months? Oh, the sheer horror.... You know the big guys are reading here, right....

On your Android phone you will find a group of apps usually named 'tools'. In there there's usually an app to scan QR codes.
nowhere in kep/kampot requires a qr code :-)

ok, did it on gf phone an di entered vaccine id # and borhtdate
says cant find my nfo
did i get a fake card?

says to contact the hospital where i got the card.
Maybe your data hasn't been entered into the online database. Try again in a few weeks. In the mean time, ur QR code is useless.

Did you fill in ALL the fields? Passport number is important I think.

There is a thread on here about this somewhere

The QR code will read like this : https://www.cambodia-vaccine.gov.kh/##########
the # are the numbers on your blue card without the - dashes. You don't need to read the QR code you can just enter it in your phones search browser.
Then when you get to the page in the 2nd box enter your passport number then in the 3rd box your date of birth DD-MM-YYYY after that hit the blue button and wait for the results.
If your information is found you will get a screen like this :

Image

If nothing is found then choose the 2nd option in the first box. On that new screen in the 2nd box put in your blue card number and in the 3rd box your date of birth then hit the blue button and wait for the results.
If nothing comes up on this page then the information has not been entered into the data base yet so try again in a few days.
If you do get a results with your picture and information take a screen shot and save it on your phone in case you need to show anyone.

If you can't log in with card number and DOB, try passport number and DOB instead. And it did take a few days after my first shot to work, from memory. They took my photo at my first jab but it didn't get uploaded, so I told them at my second jab and they took another pic and fixed it then.
