New supermarket in BKK1 - Sts 57/334

Spotted a new supermarket which is on the verge of opening on the corner of St 57 and St 334 (yes, that's just a block behind the Thai Huot on St 63).

They are just finishing up the footpath (or be it parking area) in front but inside the shelves are stocked and it's almost ready to go. I imagine it'll be similarly priced to Thai Huot.

No parking, so cars will just block the entire corner. Another intersection to avoid 4-6pm.

Doesn't look like a "Super Market" to me. Its about the size of some 7/11's in the US. A real Super Market you can almost get lost in.

Well, if its so dull, there are so many ways to fix that. Have you thought of 220v/440v electro-shock therapy? A couple sessions of that and you won't notice that your life is an endless/pointless boring existence.

This isn't the USA though is it?

Anyway I only posted it so anyone around here would know, so if Thai Huot doesn't have what you want (often the case in my experience) there's competition just around the corner.

Traffic on St 57 is already screwed at 5pm anyway. I don't think this will make any difference.

Thanks for the info; it might not be of interest to RW (who is in Darwin? and who is after all a RW), but sure it's useful for people actually in PP who are not RWs. Now you'll have to go see what's inside when it opens and report back if it's any good.
