GF's sister and whole family went to the beach in snv and wanted a good seafood meal, the owners came up to them and said his restaurant is for Chinese not locals.

Kep/Kampot was always my preference, mostly the people I preferred over the Sihanoukville crowd.

Not sure Sihanoukville can ever recover, a bunch of abandoned unfinished properties and high violence and crime.
