Need some help

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Camel Blue wrote:Had a look in 4 pharmacies, Pharmacy de la Gare were the most helpful, they had Ribavirin (Copegus/Roche) at 18 USD for 42 tablets. They didn't have Hopetavir/Sofosbuvir but they said they could order it from Pakistan which takes 1 to 3 weeks...
Looks like a good lead, personally I would order while exploring other avenues. I have always found Pharmacy de la Gare pretty reliable. Also you could try contacting Incepta in Dhaka and see if they will mail to Thailand. One problem with Thai drug laws, would there be any problem either importing/bringing over from PP?

Thanks
we have already been in touch with the pharmacy in Dhaka and he wants me to fly over to pick it up.
I was just hoping to find the brand ; Sovaldi (sofosbuvir discovered by Gilead Sciences’) which is produced in India and is licensed to produce it, the pharm in Bangladesh is NOT licensed
Overall, Hopetavir will cost about $900 for a full, 12-week course of treatment, which matches the discount price that Gilead is offering for its branded version of the drug in India. The U.S. price tag for a full course of Sovaldi is $84,000.
he is fearful of sending them money to have them send it even though i have told him a big company like that is not going to rip someone off for a few hundred $$

If we can get it in PP, i have good friends that can get it to Poi pet and than he can have his wife drive up an pick it up.

It needs be taken with Celbrain at the same time
