Uh, the vast majority of countries in "Asia" are still autocratic...

Not insinuating anything here, however, Ukraine, some background
Neo-Nazis and the Far Right Are On the March in Ukraine
Five years after the Maidan uprising, anti-Semitism and fascist-inflected ultranationalism are rampant.

Post-Maidan Ukraine is the world’s only nation to have a neo-Nazi formation in its armed forces. The Azov Battalion was initially formed out of the neo-Nazi gang Patriot of Ukraine. Andriy Biletsky, the gang’s leader who became Azov’s commander, once wrote that Ukraine’s mission is to “lead the White Races of the world in a final crusade…against the Semite-led Untermenschen.” Biletsky is now a deputy in Ukraine’s parliament.

How is any of this a reason to boycott a restaurant? America has a thriving group called the KKK. Should I therefore boycott Larry's?

I think you missed my point. I didnt suggest it was, the op stated:

The OP has been posting for quite a while and his other posts dont suggest he would be trolling or trying to discredit the owners re their food. So his post saying that the people running the Ukrainian restaurant are "Neo Nazis" was worth investigating. Pending more information from the op I was giving information that could support his assumption. (ie it is possible that they were members of a Ukrainian right wing party prior to arriving in Phnom Penh, hence the tattoos etc) I am sure that some poster might visit the restaurant and help verify his assumption.

Maybe the op may which to elucidate

It pissed me off a lot and please don,'t give them business!
I think eating Ukrainian food might be more detrimental to your sense of well being than coming into contact with a couple of Nazi hosts.
Me, not that other crap.

Actally it was a pretty good analogy except the KKK has been replaced with other White Supremist Groups that are more media savy.

The Escalating Terrorism Problem in the United States
CSIS Briefs
June 17, 2020
The United States faces a growing terrorism problem that will likely worsen over the next year. Based on a CSIS data set of terrorist incidents, the most significant threat likely comes from white supremacists, though anarchists and religious extremists inspired by the Islamic State and al-Qaeda could present a potential threat as well.

A political virus
America’s far right is energised by covid-19 lockdowns
Extremists see the pandemic as the prelude to the apocalyptic “boogaloo”
IN MORE THAN 30 of America’s 50 state capitals angry crowds have been gathering to protest against stay-at-home orders. Buoyed by tweets from President Donald Trump encouraging them to “liberate” their states, some even compare their elected officials to the Nazis.

Far-right groups like the “Boogaloo” and “O9A” continue to attract troops and veterans
Two weeks after the FBI arrested an Army reservist and two veterans, one of the Navy and the other the Air Force, for planning to incite violence at a Las Vegas protest, an active-duty airman shot and killed a federal security officer in Oakland, California.

All four, according to their online activity, identified with the far-right group, which is loosely tied to anti-government and white-supremacist beliefs, but mostly advocates for an armed insurrection― of whatever kind― in general.

Ukrainian food is great, although maybe a little too hearty for a hot Cambodian day.
