Phnom Penh, Cambodia Breaking News: A beautiful barefoot woman dressed in red lost control of her vehicle at 12:20 pm on August 24, 2019, in front of Depot Market on Street 215 in Sangkat Phsar Depot I, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.

It seems that the woman called for backup because she was quickly whisked away from the scene in another car, leaving police to tow her vehicle to the station and sort out details later.

Hang on a sec. You can not call her a idiot if you don't even know her however I know that road devider and it's the idiot for being in the middle of the road .
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

The idiot of a road divider wasn't in the middle of the road - it jumped out into the middle of the lane, straight in front of my clients expensive SUV.

The SUV was so expensive that the beautiful Lady in Red could not afford to buy shoes.

she was not the driver, just an innocent bystander trying to report her shoes had been stolen
