There must be two person to testify for the offense to be fully considered, in this case its her word against his which pretty much throws off the case.

I agree with your intention, but as you know, most are not as well-intended as you...I'm a firm believer in separation of church and state. No religious endorsement/validation needed.

People can believe in the Tooth Fairy, but try and force it on someone else and lock them up.

No state based on religion should exist anywhere..not Judaism, not Christianity, not Islam

Religion is a personal choice, not bound or determined by borders

People should fit in with the community they are entering, but that doesn't mean they should be discriminated against because they are different, nor doe sit mean they can dictate that the community should change

Choice of religion/non-religion has to be respected

In addition, several countries, the US in particular, have manufactured phobias to suit their political objectives. Christianity is generally more liberating, but it depends on which brand of Christianity. Historically, the Catholics have been a real piece of work, and some other sects have had their day, too.

It's an interesting field of study. I think andyinasia was quite clued up about this, he studied comparative religions...but even his totally academic points received scathing remarks from his so-called friends on TOF.
