I may or may not have just witnessed a homicide outside Wat Ounalom

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. And, where are the photos?
It made TVFB news.

I don't know what they are saying or why they are focusing the camera on an empty tuk tuk for so long, not sure what that has to do with it. He doesn't look dead though, so that's good.

Maybe not.
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

The timing on the vid shows them loading him in the ambulance at 9.54pm. Do you recall what time it was you saw the incident Cam?

Until I see the blood and guts I'm calling it fake news. Probably a down and out movie actor wanting to up date his CV and job prospects.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Roughly 9:10 p.m.

Rode by him in the tuk tuk at around 9:35, at which point the police were there.

(I will now await a three page diversion of this thread where Jamie Lambo and others debate the proper romanization of "chlueh kneeah").
the romanization is passable, :D :thumb:
(for reference for those that dont know...)
"Chlueh kneeah" is fighting in the verbal context ie, an argument/arguing with each other,
"Vai Knea" is fighting in the physical form

Guy seems alive and not so kicking but I did jump the video to a few stills tho.
My wife would probably kill me for getting involved in such a matter in a stupid way.

Getting involved in local disputes or disputes between barang and locals is best not to get involved. And your stupid if you do, being a barang you’re a target. My wife in no way would get involved unless it directly involved her or family.

Being a Good Samaritan will get you into more trouble. Sucks but it’s the truth.

He's the owner of the tuktuk shown in the video. They said he was beaten by three men who left the scene immediately thereafter. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, but nothing about his injuries except that his eye was damaged.

I would have a hard time passively sitting there while someone gets kicked to death on the street in front of me. Probably not in my best interest to intervene, but impulse-control is not my strong suit.
