A business owner like this is doomed to failure and really bad staff hires. No one will want to work for him and his attrition will be through the roof, especially in SR where people change jobs for $5, and they are plentiful.

Hello and thank you for contact me

Let me explain how that people spam, scam, threat me and my hotel.


I ended contract of receptionist during test period.

Because her English wasn’t good enough

She understand it and thanks me.

Then she informed other receptionists.

They weren’t agree with this decision.

So I told them, if they are not agree, they are free to leave.

Running a business is not organize friends party right ?


So they decided to leave.

It should end like that, right ?


But no, they also ask other staff to leave but they refused because they don’t have any problems.


2-3 hours after they left, They threats my family and me, posted reviews on different websites, asked people to say bad words on Facebook Page of hotel, registered me on Youporn website with my professional mail, contact the owner and say bad words to him too.


It’s good to show only part that they want to show, but they also should show how they threats my family and me too...


Do you think that is normal to act like that ?


They also said that I don’t pay PH or full salary...

I have all proof and documents that they signed with their wages.


1 start to work on 4th February and at this day she still don’t understand why she didn’t get full salary for February.

Sorry but from 4th to 28th it’s not full month.

So I paid her from 4th to 28th + 1 PH but she still don’t understand and do as like I’m wrong.


Another one, her salary for the first month at reception was 150$, she got 156.25$ (PH paid), and they still find something wrong on it ????!!!


I have many more things, I keep it for police


For explain it quickly, let’s say that I slap you, you slap me back and I go to post everywhere and complain about you. Fair ?


They can post part of the story but they should also tell that they threat me, my family, posted reviews everywhere, spam my mail, spam my guests...

I also have voice conversations between the 2 receptionist who said they want to do something for asked me money and asked each other what they should do for that

Not trynna side with froggy over here, but if there's something we should all know by now is that are two sides to every story, especially in Cambodia. Dude being French didn't help defuse the situation, but yall gotta admit that his staff is trash and he had all the reasons to call them a bunch of "mozerfukerz" (based on the evidence he provided).

Horrible bosses are a dime a dozen regardless of the country. Horrible front of the house staff is the rule rather than the exception in Cambodia.

Then again, pay peanuts and you'll get monkeys!

As usual in Cambodia, show 50%, and keep the other 50% that could be wrong for you

The guy who posted it is the boyfriend of 1 of that receptionist. She work and feed him (she said it to my staff). Everybody is free to ask my staff how I treat them.

I had problems in the past with :

1 Front Office Manager stole money from hotel

1 Chef (who also shared that post) who first had problem with 4 persons in my team + asked holidays Because her uncle died (infact he went to Vietnam with his boyfriend) and also stole 100% of my menu + photos and use it to his new workplace (!)

1 receptionist who stole money.

All of what i’m saying, I have all proofs, everybody are free to come to meet me and see it
