Man in Crisis Stabs Himself with Drink Cans in Phnom Penh Street
Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): At 11:10 pm on September 2, 2021, police were alerted to a case of a man who was either using too many drugs or having a mental health crisis; he was walking around picking up empty cans of drink off the street, biting them, and then cutting his own neck with the metal. This occured below Phsar Dei Huy flyover, Sangkat Teuk Thla, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
The victim was about 28 years old and his name was unknown. When people saw what the man was doing, they called the local authorities
who arrived at the scene and took the man to the Teuk Thla Administrative Police Station to search for his relatives to take him home.
The man was having some kind of a crisis, but who can help him and his family ?

With so much clues in hands, it's gonna take at least a psychic to find a psycho's relative.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Fri Sep 03, 2021 10:32 pm The victim was about 28 years old and his name was unknown.

Or let's just pick anybody, one on 15 millions.
Still better odds than the national lottery from my place.
