Lower driving age/no license required

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

had a mate got pulled over the morning after a heavy drinking sesh and must have still stunk of booze,
as the copper threatened him with a breathalyser but would happily accept $20 to let him be on his way

Fuzz is upping their game. They were across from 333 in front of the massage place and just down from 333 on the same side this aft. They'll get you on the passenger helmet if you're a foreigner no doubt.

^^ Simple solution = Wear a helmet! And, don't forget, 'heads don't bounce'.

Most foreigners who get hit with a fine are wearing a helmet. That's why it's best to just avoid em. Get it?

Unfortunately knowing better does not = doing better. It's a guy thing. You wouldn't understand.

In this case the stupidity is across both genders, don't be so sexist. ;)
I've seen plenty of barang girls riding without helmets - they all get overseas and lose their minds.

''so sexist''

ha ha, can't give you a pass on that one Roz. I was a feminist before the word was invented.
You deserve to get what we (males) get tit for tat. OK maybe not the best metaphor. We are equals & you should be paid, respected the same.
And honoured.
You are the only ones to continue that birthing thing. Points for that.

But back on topic the female moto ops are a small % of the numbers to visit here.
They prolly have high testosterone levels.
