Lower driving age/no license required

You would think if everyone including westerners not needing a licence they will stop printing them so then you can't obtain one. I expect when get stopped by police they will insist that you still need for quite a while!

also i will continue to give it the "give me a ticket" routine, as most police ive come across are only after a bribe,
if youre not willing to offer and know youve been here a while they soon lose interest an im soon on my way,
as raybull mentioned, dress appropriately and the police tend to ignore you,
they are only really after the dumbfuck tourists who are willing to pay $20-50 to not go to Cambodian prison for having their lights on in the daytime
