Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. Lost purse in Otres, British driving license last name Lam

Post by Mr.November »

A couple of hours ago on the Otres 1 beach (or in Otres Village earlier) I lost a black zip purse with my British driving license, a few bank cards and around $100 inside. It could have been nicked from my pocket but unlikely. If some local good soul finds it, where do you think they will hand it over to? The local police? No contact details inside, just wanted to ask you guys where should I ask if someone handed it over. I tried the receptionist of the resort where I sat so far. I hope to get my license back as it is not replaceable here (DVLA needs a UK address to issue a new one). I am happy to pay $100 extra just to get my license back. Please advise.

I'd advise you to get some good rest, consider yourself fortunate it was only $100 and know that it could've been much worse, cause what you're asking ain't gonna happen. This ain't Thailand.
