I'm in the best shape of my life, training for a big race in april. But the training has consumed me - i can't tolerate much alcohol these days, I'm always tired, and I'm constantly flirting with exhaustion and overtraining. It‘s a lot of hard work, but a life goal and something i (mostly) enjoy. And the biproduct is i look pretty good naked, but hey, I'm too busy training or sleeping for anyone to see me!

I'm under 30 n cut the booze out of the diet dramatically. I don't know if I look good, but I don't look bad and my balls don't sag too much. I've noticed that in the past few years, even though I lost much weight, my ass cheeks are getting a bit dimpled. That wasn't happening a few years ago at 25.

I look better now pushing 30 than I did at 21. Never exercised a day in my life but coming from a very typical working man's diet in America to eating fresh in Cambodia did wonders for me.

I lost 40 lbs in the first 6 months here. Still maintaining that.

Still maintaining that? So you've been here about 14 -15 months, meaning you've lost around 100 lbs in total.
And, at 6' 4", it's no wonder people keep asking you be one of the goal posts.
