This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Sometimes a high floor apartment is a slight inconvenience. Guess I should go to Bangkok. But it's probably cheaper just to put on the air conditioner.

What kind of river festival is that, and where? Genuine question, I haven't seen anything about that in the news.

Wasn't there just the Water Festival in November? That's an annual event, obviously, but are there more river festivals?

This weekend its river festival in siem reap

And in true Siem reap authority fashion they have done ZERO promotion or any other attempt to make this a tourist friendly event....
