Link to old (genuine visa charges)
Re: Link to old (genuine visa charges)
Actually, it was $150, not $180, iirc, but I still can't find the reference. Way back when the doc (or link) was posted on ToA a couple of times, but that's down now. Il'l keep looking.

Thanks, I wonder if it was removed deliberately?

Nah, the ToA board shut down years ago, and i guess they just deleted the whole thing. I used to have a copy of the prakas or the article referencing it (I think), but its been a few years and i just cant find it in my computer. If I continue to be unable to find it I'll contact a friend here who I think also has a copy.

I thought I'd add mine as well. I just re-did mine last week and same. No problem regarding a work permit b.s. The price jumped $10 from last year. She gave me some excuse.General Mackevili wrote:Speaking of ...Cam Nivag wrote:A one month business visa is $35 now. It stands to reason that a 12 month business visa should be $420.
I went by Lucky Lucky earlier this month and they said they could do a 12-month business/regular visa extension with no problem for about the same, $285ish.
They also said they would be more than happy to process a work permit for me for around $250, but I would need to bring in a letter from my employer.
Just FYI.

Vlad, I'm pretty sure the link you are looking for was in a thread related to work permits. It had to do with the residency card from memory. Can't remember if it was here on CEO, or TOF, but was "fairly" recent - earlier this year I think.

GMB International Man of Mystery? There's a film script in that: grizzled SAS veteran forced to hide out and regroup in Cambodia after his attempt to take down the Bryce-Erikson mob is betrayed by a spurned lover. I'm thinking Russel Crowe for the lead.Cam Nivag wrote:Sorry. I'm busy searching for an imaginary Tasmanian PhD.
