I gotta laff. i know wisbech. it has a reputation. Most places its not safe to go aout at night, wisbech its not safe to go out ever :-) i think there may be a shop or two there, possibly a pharmacist and used to be quite a few pubs. Often brawls as boys from one village or another fought over girls. Rough as it gets

So they are not in PP at all but in Chinaville.... hmmm now why would you leave PP if you were serious about leaving the country to go the Chinatown on the coast.... on the coast with a beach... and islands and a cool vibe and a chilled atmosphere.

Oh dear... I think I know what happened.

They thought that it would be cool to wait it out on the beach and then when they realised that going to the islands with limited and often non existent internet wasn’t such a good idea they found themselves stuck there.
Poorly thought out choices results in poor little lost girl crying for mommy and papa.

I think they flew into Sihanoukville from Wuhan and probably never were in Phnom Penh.
