Lias bye bye haowii

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

A fate that awaits us all & we will all have our turn.
There is no reason why it cannot be again.
I hope your journey is as comfortable as it possible can be and may your spirit gaze from new born eyes.

Try to do it in a beautiful place you like not a hospital with the TV on.
Also the chemicals should not cloud your mind. You mind want to be clear headed so you can pass through to the next stage.

Note that someone has down voted this comment, presumably because of who made it. Whilst in the context of the thread it comes over as brusque and disrespectful, it is in fact accurate, the people must likely to have the necessary drugs are indeed vets. :hattip:

Yep. Vets have nembutal aka green sleep. Can be obtained on the web too apparently.

Courageous and graceful. But sad.

Taa, from my own experience I can tell you a well planned, non messy passing can be a blessing for both yourself and the loved ones you leave behind. Try to keep your dignity, and try to keep your suffering bearable. Choosing the moment will be tough, but choose it carefully.

About the meds, I don't know what's available locally and what will get you (or the ones supporting you) in trouble after your final trip. If I were you I would contact a Western doc in Cambodia on this matter.

All the best.
