Duncan (not Samouth), as Vlad insinuates but doesn't explicitly state... yes, those are their fees. They're ridiculously expensive.

As for their pass rate Vlad, I would accredit that to the type of students they end up with at that price/"status". You can't tell the prime minister's nephew or some russian mobster's kid to shape up or ship out without fear of getting your head stove in or shot... so you pretty much have to let them do what they want.

Zaman is overpriced, speak to anyone who's taught there. One judges a school by their results. A pass rate of 50% for teh Khmer national exam is...well...let's just say 'not good'.

Not auto-correct. It deletes sections of text when I press the space bar or shift. spaced out bar. I sent a nasty email to Acer years ago, Taiwanese IT dildos.
