I've got some legal advice so will follow that road, I don't want to publicly name and shame as the problem is internal and I want to give them the chance to fix it. And no, there are no overseas offices, just the one in Phnom Penh, it's a small Cambodian only outfit and I'd never have worked with them if they didn't do really good work. Hopefully it will be resolved without getting uglier. Thank you everyone for your advice and particularly helping me find a lawyer to speak to. I will come back and let you know how it goes when it's all done.
