Well, well, well....the plot thickens, which I'm sure comes as a total shocker to Digger and Gavin....







Those were posted on Rochelle Valerie Costigan's Facebook page, and while I can't verify the court documents, the criminal record checks out.

That's one crazy fucking story. WTF?

It seems the daughter, who was also kidnapped briefly, has responded about what the court documents mean in this case:



"Oh god, This again? Ill repost: I'm calling BS. You're the PI that Nick hired to stalk us in California. I don't know if you've heard yet, but I was also in fact kidnapped and those men were far from brave or courageous. They wouldn't give us even the slimmest scrap of human decency and kept us from using a phone or internet much to my questions and concerns. Guess what, I'm not Nick's kid and kidnapping me was absolutely illegal. We didn't need to be 'saved,' nor did we need someone standing outside the hotel room all night and threatening us if we tried to run. Now, in regards to the court order, I took my brother out of the country before there were any orders barring us from doing so. We left completely legally. I did my research. The new court orders are based off of a misconception that we left after they told us we couldn't. I saw my window and I gladly took it. It was out of fear for our safety. I was witness, along with my brother, to the beating and strangling that he inflicted on my mom, so I couldn't in good concious leave my brother in the custody of a violent man. So, please, take your money from Nick and kindly leave. Thank you."
