Yes, It's normal to have food at ceremonies such as weddings and funerals. It's not for the diseased, it's for anyone attending. Besides that, you seem quite ignorant about customs here. Have you ever heard of Pchum Benh for example, or noticed the way people leave food and drinks at spirit-houses and shrines? Apparently not.potty wrote: I wondered if it is normal to bring the diseased some food to the pagoda ?
is it ?
That's rich, coming from the poster who most seems like they recently escaped from a mental institution. Good luck, you really need it.Im sure that really each and every forum owner has mental issues
Silence, exile, and cunning.

They were trying to contact his next of kin in the UK first.

So the official keeping_it_riel farewell function will be Tuesday 9 December (the day after is a public holiday). We'll have it at Garage Bar on Street 110 - it seems appropriate because it was one of the few bars you might spot Pete in on his occasional forays into town. Many thanks to tarariverboat for agreeing to host it
scbenzeieoo on kkkTo confirm. This takes place tomorrow (Tuesday) evening from around 6.30. Khmer440 is putting on 2 free kegs of beer and Playboy is contributing something similar.
Who will be coming?

The drinks will start around 6.30. There looks to be a good turnout. I hope to see you there.

I'm not the one who is confused here. I am however a bit annoyed that you are criticizing a bereaved widow because of some language issues, when your own English is far from perfect.potty wrote:john bingham sadly could only post confused and aggressive...
The food is for the people attending the ceremony, as I already pointed out. That means the live people at the ceremony, not the dead (deceased).perhaps someone knows...
