Khmer American Woman Loses All Her Money to Battambang Monk Scammer

Cambodia News: A Khmer American woman posted a live video on social media while she was in the hospital, that she was very hurt after getting scammed by a monk from Por Val pagoda in Battambang. She spent a lot of money to sponsor her young monk boyfriend.

She said that she was in a (online?) relationship with the monk for six years. She loved that monk and also wanted to take him to live in the USA with her. But after she gave him all her money, he found a new god-mother, so he left the other woman and insulted her.
