He has already giving me 4 fake visas to Oman.
After he gave me those visas he requested for his service charge.
The service charge was $1900 dollars for two people.
He told me after I paid that amount for two people, they will give us joint ticket and employment documents in 3 days time.
After that I paid the money to him.
After he is not talking to me again, if I call him he don't pick my call.
But if I call with a different line he will pick the call but immediately he hear my voice he cut the call.
Please I need help.
I have all my evidence here.
His bank details.
And receipt that shows that I have sent the money to him.
Help me Sir or Madam.

I'm so sorry to hear this has happened to you, what a nightmare. I believe the first thing I would do is contact the local authorities in Kenya where the scammer picked up the money. Hopefully, they will have a procedure for this as I'm sure it's not their first time having this happen.

I hate to say it, but I believe you have a low chance of recouping your monies.

I see this guy around. Private message me if you want to involve the police and they can catch him for you. Serve this guy some justice.

I doubt he has a valid visa!

What course of action would you expect posters on this forum to take? As suggested in the previous post your best(if not only) recourse is to seek justice and restitution locally. Not many of us here desire a visa to Oman.
