Kenyan guy in Cambodia has scammed me, He claims to be an agent giving fake visas to Oman, Cambodia and Singapore

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

http://www.recaditenterprisesint.com
This is his website
+855 97 412 9781
And this is his WhatsApp contact
Please help me
He said in Cambodia this is where I can found him Come Siem Reap
That VAT registration certificate is fake, surprise surprise.

In Khmer it states the business name SB Car Rental, not Recadit Enterprises Int.

The font size and style change for the business activity is also sloppy as hell. If your going to fake something, details are important.

Epidemiks could that be a typo on the Khmer side? Or he didn't bother translating and photo shopping the Khmer script?

Anyway, to the original poster: What do you want done? I know where this guy hangs out. The police won't act for free and this case is complex as you're not here. You could pay to have him beat up. But no point. If you like I will tell him he's a peice of shit, but how much satisfaction will that provide? I suggest you cut your losses.

Pray for karma intervention.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

He sent these pictures to me to prove to me that he is in Cambodia.
No he don't even know that he's chatting with the one he scammed.

Probably, but not for cheating you out of $1000 and you will never get it back from him.

If the money is important you should stop wasting your time on this guy and go do what ever it is you do to earn money.

If I can't get my money back still you have to stop him from doing that.
Because he is giving bad image about the people in Cambodia so try your best and arrest him.
Also the Citizens of Cambodia are not doing this but the foreigners are doing this in the country.
They are painting the country black but Cambodia is full of good citizens.
Although I have lost my $1900 but I will not be the only person who will do this to.
Arrest him and stop him from doing that.

Nope, Cambodia has enough of its own to ruin its image. This guy is giving Kenyans and Africans in general a bad name.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

No. It's just a bad photo shop. This is why they put qr codes on government documents now. If you run the qr code you'll find SB Car Rental, an actual registered company, unlike Recadit Enterprises Int.
