Is Kampot degenerating?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. I worked for the CIA for two years, many people can back up that claim.

He's English has variously claimed to have been a sergeant-major(doesn't specify whether a company or regimental one) or one of Sandhurst's finest.
Got the nick name after regaling guests at a dinner party with his exploits in Belfast, harassing Roman Catholic woman and children on their way to Midnight mass one Christmas Eve. :hattip:
