K440 beer and BBQ night at Lone Star, Friday 20 May

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. K440 beer and BBQ night at Lone Star, Friday 20 May

I just posted this on TOF, that hive of inequity and bastards and miserable cocktrumpets. To make sure some decent people turn up as well, I'd like to extend the invitation to CEO members too. You're all welcome:

Lone Star Saloon has kindly agreed to host the next Khmer440 drinks evening on Friday 20 May, so please feel free to come along, meet some old and new friends and generally talk bollocks while eating and drinking.

As always, Khmer440 will put on a couple of free kegs of draught to keep you watered, and Greg at Lone Star has very generously agreed to put on a free BBQ spread of the usual classics like BBQ beef brisket sliders, chicken wings and ribs.

Should be a good night and hope to see as many of you there as possible.

you could probably get away with 1 keg if the last meet was anything to go by :P
i wont be attending this one but i hope people actually turn up to this one :thumb:

It goes to show how spoilt we are in Cambodia. So much free beer you have to put on a free taxi service to make sure guests turn up. Just a pity there were not more Australians living here, they are used to driving hundreds of km for a free beer.
And us kiwi's wont be going unless there's a hangi with puha , kina and toheroa's for entrée.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

As Sharky Bar are putting on a three day party to commemorate Big Mike's Death - they're calling it Mikestock - Greg and I have decided to cancel this 440 event out of respect to Big Mike and the Sharky Bar guys.

Should be a huge party with all these characters, bipolar bear, alexandra, john sweden, marvin, prahocalypse now, gin & tonic, alanclarke, oh and the infamous jackass, gibbon arms, the list goes on.. ha ha
