The grammar is also way better than his FB post here. He may dictate some posts/messages and have them auto-transcribed into garbled text by Siri or whatever.

Jonny Ferrari’s aka Marc McLay’s past is colorful to say the least.

In July 2009, he married a woman named Tiffany Claus. Her occupation was an Angelina Jolie look alike. They had a planned and publicized wedding in Laguna Beach, California.

Seven months later, Ferrari filed to have the marriage annulled on the basis that he and his wife were intoxicated at the time of the marriage. This filing for annulment was unsuccesful. McLay and Claus later divorced in March 2015.

Court records show that McLay filed bankruptcy in Nevada in 2012 due to unpaid debts. He claimed that he was broke and had almost no income except for alimony and child support payments he received from his wife. He asked the court to hide his address from the court filings because he said he was a victim of domestic abuse. His bankruptcy case was dismissed in 2013 due to his failure to make plan payments and failure to cooperate with the case, so his debts remained in effect.

In November 2013, McLay was sued by his chiropractor, Sam Colarusso, for defamation. Colarusso claimed that McLay made defamatory statements about him on yelp.com and other websites, calling him “Killer Colarusso” and a “Quack-o-practor.” These online statements also accused Colarusso of crushing his face during a chiropractic treatment and breaking his nose and leaving him permanently disfigured and also falsifying medical treatment records.

In July 2015, the court granted a default judgment to Colarusso in his lawsuit against McLay, because McLay never responded to any of the court filings against him.

Two months later, McLay filed a petition in court to change his name to Jonathan Ferrari. He told the court that this name change was not for the purpose of defrauding creditors, it was for the protection of himself and his child because he was a victim of domestic abuse and needed a new secret identity. “Jonathan Ferrari” was a strange choice for a new name to hide from a violent abuser because McLay had previously appeared on television at wrestling events under the name “Jonny Ferrari.” McLay also asked that the court seal the case so there would be no record of the petition for name change, but it appears this did not happen.



Online court records do not show if McLay’s petition for name change was ever granted. He moved to Cambodia soon after.

Maybe people should pay their gambling debts or just not gamble.
