No Joke Howard Writes a Book!

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

yeah in the Northern half of England we speak Northern English, whether youre from the old Viking Northumbria or the 5 boroughs or Danelaw (east midlands), the main strongholds of Viking Britain, ill spare the history lesson, but for example i come from one of the 5 boroughs (Lincoln)
The Eastern English Midlands were incorporated in the Norse controlled Danelaw in the late 9th century by Ivar the Boneless. With their conquest, the county towns of the East Midlands counties were converted into fortified, Viking city-states, known as the Five Boroughs of the Danelaw. The region's dialect owes much of its grammar and vocabulary to the Nordic influences of its conquerors. For example, the East Midlands verb to scraight ('to cry') is thought to be derived from the Norse, skrike in modern Scandinavian, also meaning to cry

we still speak a lot of old dialect,
me mams from Leeds (yorkshire) and all her family comes from Manchester/Blackpool (lancashire) so my accent can be pretty hard to understand, even friends from down south struggle if i speak normally, i guess being a bit punch drunk doesnt help either :plus1:

Hahaha! You can't make this up...

No Joke Howard is now begging his YouTube fans to give him $5,000 so that he he can go to Europe to keep making ladyboy videos.

Here is No Joke Howard's GoFundMe page:

"In 2015, I randomly decided to move to and live in Cambodia. I didn't speak the language, or know any person there. In my 2 years in Cambodia I learned to speak Khmer, fought as a kickboxer, wrote a book, started a popular YouTube Channel, ran a personal training business, had my own painting exhibition, met amazing people and had my dark times as well.

Since leaving Cambodia, and returning to America, I've realized that it's my purpose to travel the world, take risks and do amazing things, all so people can live vicariously through my experiences.

So I humbly ask my friends, family, fans and viewers to please help fund my travels to Europe and Eurasia, so I can make more one of a kind, interesting videos and write books for the world to enjoy.

Braeton

Help spread the word!
