A Jewish wedding in Cambodia
Some here will find this of interest
http://blogs.timesofisrael.com/jewish-j ... 0-55143557
It will be recalled that when Muslim terrorists attacked Mumbai, the Chabad House there was on their list of targets; their Pakistani
trainers/handlers had told them that an attack on Chabad House offered the prospect of killing one or more Jews (thus guaranteeing
entry to Paradise and qualifying for 72 submissive virgins.)
Those who enjoy the excellent food on offer at Chabad House in Bangkok (in the street parallel to Khaosarn Road) probably know nothing
of the Mumbai attack.

Mazal Tov to the bride and groom.
Re Chabad, it is an engine of fundamentalism that is most unsuited to my values.

Agreed, Otis!
But what competition is on offer?
If you go upstairs at the Chabad House in Bangkok, you can feast your eyes on a mass-group photo
of rabbis in beards and those funny hats ... we'd far prefer to see the Reform Jews setting up shop
here in Cambodia - but there is no sign of them so far.

I don't know how true it is but they do not define themselves as orthodox.

As far south as my people go -- as far as i know is Florida.. lol.. I don't think they even consider me jewish.. or they are "better" jews.. who cares.. let them do what they want.. they offer a place to go for jewish people traveling the world...I went once..honestly, the dude seems strange but he was really nice. Offered me food, drink etc
If i was aware of the chicken farm, I would of invited him but don't think its his cup of tea. Honestly, those guys do dirt just like everyone else.

" If we were to target Jews who define themselves as Orthodox, we would open our center in Brooklyn."
Please note, they say they do not TARGET only Orthodox Jews. Of course not. They are active and aggressive proselytizers targeting all Jews. They are Orthodox extremists mixing doctrinaire OCD rituals with mysticism.
