Having gone through the process on both ends, the hoops to marriage in Cambodia and then the bureaucracy known as the US Visa process, I can definitely empathize with you. Once the US embassy fully opens, processing should be faster. Plus this administration now prioritizes getting people, spouses included, into the US. I’d look at the process again. If you can easily meet the criteria to financially support your spouse, then the Visa should be granted. Of course there needs to be ample evidence of a bona fide relationship. Plenty of evidence of marriage, helps. Since December, I couldn’t imagine not having missus by my side.
Good luck!
Re: Introduce Yourself
Her visa was denied because i applied and the Us government will never approve me. i have no desire to live in america for one more day and i have unfinished business in Cambodia.

Re: Introduce Yourself
Sorry to hear that. The US government usually needs proof that the VISA petitioner won’t end up homeless and on government benefits. Quite a few Khmer have done that in the past. Sometimes hiring a lawyer helps guide the initial process.Valorant wrote:Her visa was denied because i applied and the Us government will never approve me. i have no desire to live in america for one more day and i have unfinished business in Cambodia.
Good luck with you and your wife.
Re: Introduce Yourself
Its not about money. It´s about fuck yards at the US embassy trying to punish me for something they think i did 15 years ago.
