1/ The guy is probably down from PP (SNV cannot be responsible for imported rifraff)

I think you have to take into account "The Rule of Sevens" Jamie. People are 7 x more likely to report bad shit then they are good shit.
Some thieving prick steals a a photo - it gets reported. 4 of us had a great day at Kihns Shack yesterday for a mates birthday, with great service, good company, heaps of fun and no trouble - No, we don't come home and comment on it necessarily. And most of you would not want to read about it because it is the norm here.

i checked out that new Chivas shack the yesterday, nice place great service had a nice fruit shake, very friendly staff and clean establishment, and very reasonably priced, recommended +1 Sihanoukville

Kihns Shack No. 49. About 100 metres before Chivas. Serves (arguably) the best scallops on the beach (10 for $2.50) and in fact ALL of its seafood is excellent! 50c beer and $1 cocktails/mixed drinks until 9pm ( is that a point for or against?!).Definitely the number 1 expat hangout on the Khmer end of the beach. Run by a young Ozzie called Nick and his missus Kihn and her family. Service is normally great, but sometimes they can get a bit snowed under.
