How to dig a hole in Cambodia ?

Some things never get old. For more than a decade I am witnessing the following methods of hole digging in Cambodia:

Variation 1: One guy is in the hole and actually digging. 3 or 4 guys are around the hole watching him.

Variation 2: 5 guys are around an empty hole, peeping into it for 15 minutes not saying one word.

Variation 3: 2 underage girls, 2 guys and 1 hole. 2 underage girls are in the hole digging like crazy and the 2 guys are watching.

Have you witnessed any other variation ?

Digging the hole is not the problem ,,For Cambodians it's what to do with it after it's dug.

Well, they leave it as it is for a week. That's esp. interesting in the rainy season when the streets are flooded knee deep and people are just disappearing.

I used to love watching the workers in India dig a hole.There two people work a shovel at the same time . In this pic there is 3 I have never seen that.
