How to deal with an asian bunny boiler?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

The Brabus thing is bullshit. I will admit that. I stuck it in as I got paranoid someone at work might read on here and work out who I am.

It was also used to highlight how fickle many expats actually are. Especially about money. I have met a good woman who is doc though. The rest is all true including lucking out on Bitcoin and getting rich by total fluke.

If you want to criticize me further you might be interested to know that after I sold my 125 Bitcoins (against my friends advice who told me to hold onto them but I had decided once they hit over a million bucks I was done) they peaked at over 3 million dollars so you could say I lost 2 million.

I am here by choice and working out of choice too. It really amuses me listening to expats banging on about how great Brexit in the UK will be or supporting Trump’s desire to build a wall, both schemes to keep out economic migrants when they are economic migrants themselves!

You’re here cos it’s cheap and your social status here is way higher than at home! It’s why the expat scene is so bitchy and you get all these bitter old men puffing their chest out holding court in the bar, giving it the big one and having ‘the expat kit’ which I won’t go into here.

If any of you came into money you would be on the first plane home.

The nice expats, the decent ones who aren’t barflys and have interesting things to say and have lead interesting lives, almost always turn out to be here by choice because they like the culture and the weather.

I guarantee all the negativity on here comes from the economic migrant expat. Losers at home. Losers here.

the only reason i see is, cause his stores get wilder and wilder. :beer3:

The only two mistakes you made are;
1. not kicking her out.... whatever it took. I just watched an old "Marlow" movie with Boggie /Bacall an his girl refused to leave, he picked her up, carried her thru the door and dumped her.

2. leaving her in the room, ( and leaving ur passport behind)

In all my years in se asia never had a Thai, Burmese, Laos, Khmer, Indian, Malay, Korean girl go that crazy on me..

Carry on........

Speak for yourself "whore" jumpin' man.
Sorry, but my patience with this crap has finally expired.

You are a very sad man Seawolf.
Your own moral compass is up to you- but reality check - if you think ^^ all that, you have certainly lost touch with the moral compass of most normal people.

Personally, it has become my impression over the past couple of days that you have no intention of changing your lifestyle.
It seems to me that you are just desperately trying to find a way for it to still all work for you. But without the associated hassles. Good luck, but it can't be done.
You have chosen a pox ridden life. Get used to it, stop winging.

But, Fuck! - I feel for your "good girl" girlfriend...

(Don't bother responding - you've lost me.)

Yeah, this comes over as very judgmental (my bolding above).. and this post infers more along those lines..post362046.html#p362046 with the 'LOL (deep ones, from the belly)' summary comment at the bottom. Hence OP's reply: post362050.html#p362050

Whether we agree with OP about his life choices or not seems to me that's up to him..I don't think he should be labeled as to his character. He's been candid and admitted he fcuked up on a drunken night and has had to deal with a pyscho. Pretty sure he didn't come here for the judgement.

1. The only way to kick her out would have been to beat the shit out of her which is something I wasn’t prepared to do. I did get her out the room. She the. just started banging on the door, screaming the building down. So I would have had to damage her enough to not be capable of knocking on a door. I didn’t want to take it there.

2. It was my first day in a new job. I was anxious anyway and now exhausted from the nightmare of the weekend. I also wasn’t 100 percent sure on the way to work so was leaving very early in case I got lost. I told her to get dressed as I was going to work. She did nothing.

I tried to peel her off the bed and she made herself as heavy as possible. I talked. Nothing. I shouted. Nothing. I went to find the landlady but she wasn’t around. I asked the security boy on the door and he just smiled nervously.

Meanwhile the clock is ticking. I left at the last minute in a huge rush and, yes, I idiotically left my passport in the room. That was a mistake I will admit that.

3. I have been visiting or living in se Asia since 1994 and I have never come across any woman like her. Hands down the worst woman I have met. She was utterly crazy.

Think I might flounce from here.

There’s a very negative and bitter vibe on this forum.

Good luck everyone.

I am going to do a bit of a mea culpa here.
I went too far and let my personal views and bad mood spill out.
Personally, it was the way you talked about women that made me think you deserved it, Seawolf.
However I retract my past two posts. (although a bit late now admittedly)

And yes, good luck to you too SW.

Come on Seawolf , grab your teddy bear and go sulk in a corner for a while, but come back . In a few months time you will be giving valuable advice to others that have made the same mistakes as you have. You have enough experience in life to know that shit thrown at you today will be forgotten tomorrow as other bigger problems control people's lives and their daily gossip .

Be sorry to see you go..
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.

It's a pity the OP admits that he fabricated the whole part about the Brabus as it gave me cause to reflect on the entire story, especially since he kept on posting last night without reply and later at 4am in the morning, he'd already said he was out several times earlier in the thread.

If I was sat at a bar and a guy I don't know sat down beside me and initially said, " Man you won't believe what happened to me with this psycho ", I would have listened and sympathised having had the odd minor dodgy experience myself in the dim and distant past. However as he continued further, mentioning he'd previously been a military deserter who'd killed in the line of duty, suffered a mental breakdown but fortunately become a bit coin millionaire from a $!,000 investment and now met the love of his life the daughter of a former Laotian president, I'd probably have hastily finished my beer and moved on.

Not sure what to believe now to be honest since the admitted lie, but I have noticed in the past on these forums that simple stories that initially sound plausible become more and more far fetched, they start with someone seeking advice a bit of criticism or negativity follows the OP then relays their great lifestyle usually involving wealth and ends with calling the same people he asked advice from sad losers. Full circle you might say.

If it's all true, obviously except the bit you now admit you lied about, then hopefully it's behind you. I always thought Laos was a sleepy backwater where nothing much happened.

Well that makes me believe the part of your story about deserting from the FFL.

Apology accepted. I am also sorry I assumed the AA part of your name is reference to the friends of Bill. If it is it is. Whatever floats your boat.

Saying that if I did practice total abstinence this nightmare with the woman would never have happened and the only positive from it made me realise I cannot be going out late again and haven’t been to a bar since.

Good luck
