How to deal when you're down?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Of course! It is a best idea. I can use Kramas in many ways. Image Image
I hadn't even read this, Samouth. Looks like confirmation to me.

Kramas have many uses. Everyone should have at least 'X' kramas.
i sometime used it as scarf.

Little moon, when I'm feeling down, I try to think of as many different uses for kramas. Would you like to help me?

- towel
- scarf
- head cover
- carry stuff in
- wipe table clean
- cleaning plates and glasses, etc.
- wipe snot from kids' face (often done immediately before wiping the glasses and plates)
-
-
-
-

LS, complete the list and I'm sure you will have a warm feeling come over you.

^^ See, that brought a smile to your face already.

Now, see if you can think of 20 more uses for a krama.

I'll check in tomorrow. Good night.

Krama is good if not the best thing for:

Welding helmet,
sunscreen,
bindle,
fishing net,
bandage,
mini-skirt,
garrote,
etc.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Baby-Sling to carry babies

i also learnt through Luke Nguyen's cookery program that, i think in the KR times, they used to use get some rice, wrap it in a banana leaf, then wrap that up in their krama and then bury it, and it used to cook the rice in the hot ground
