I was talking about when he was arrested and locked up not when he was seen out and about recently.

There's a bald guy at ISS international academy who was questioned and let go from a previous school due to allegations of kiddie diddling.

If a teacher can still work her after that then I don't see why a doctor couldn't

Medical credentials would have been revoked in Texas for ‘moral turpitude’, no crime actually committed or charged, just ‘looks’ bad.

Any state that cancels a medical license gets automatic cancel from any other state.

There have been a number of foreigners sent to prison for a variety of different crimes. One is left to guess how some of those have avoided deportation and can obtain visas to remain in Cambodia after release.
