How can one go about not getting ban?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I agree with GMac on all of that... though I will agree that Digger was getting rather oversensitive in this post which really kicked it all off:

What is your beef with k440? You seem to make up the majority of negative posts about it on here.
In fact, StroppyChops hadn't even mentioned 440... and even if he had I feel there's no harm in his suggestion that people who've been kicked out of it stating as much. There are a rather large contingent of them here, and trying to force them to not talk about it at all would fall exactly in that category of over-moderation you later mention.

Being the first person to be banned from a new internet forum is something that has to be taken as a challenge.

Blimey. And I thought the modding on 440 was tough. Achtung!

Hey OD,
Obviously you won't tell who they were, but I was wondering why/what did they do?

Just curious.

Cheers,

JP.

Just guessing but I'd say at least one of them was a poster who stole a user name off of someone else?
