America, has always been known as land of the free home of the brave but........ not everybody takes the time to thank our brave men and women fighting to keep our country safe from domestic and international dangers. THEREFORE, I take this time to say: HOME OF THE FREE, BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE.

The brave people who slaughtered more than 250,000 Afghans and Iraqis because Saudi Arabians had flown planes into buildings? Sure celebrate their bravery if you must but pity their inability to find Saudi Arabia on a map... oh wait a minute! Pity an entire nation that can't tell one group of brown people apart from another.

Then let's celebrate the brave officer (in your struggles to secure the land of the stupid) who shot an unarmed man in the back for the crime of being black. Or that other brave officer who pulled a gun on a teenage girl in a bathing costume for being black...

There was a time that I admired what America could become but no-one can admire what it has become.

In my view The US of A has much become the very enemy we were always taught we were fighting.
I do not think of the US of A as America. America is a continent or two continents by some cartographers definition.
The Americas consist of North America, Central America & of course South America.
When & where did the US of America become The America?
I could be from French Guyana & still be an American. Yes?
