Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! Help this Drunk Australian Tourist Find the Siem Reap Guesthouse he Stayed in Last Night

Post by General Mackevili »

So, this guy checked into a guesthouse last night, gets blind drunk and can't find the place he's staying at, LoL. All he has is this key.

"Urgent! Anyone has any sense where this key card belongs to? There was a poor Australian guy who got lost and had no idea where he stayed last night. He was a walk in guest, and drunk last night. All he has about the place his this key. The tuk tuk driver has been driving him all along the town since 10am this morning. They've been to most of the places already. Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks!

(That's the name of the guy)

Odd looking key. It doesn't have any ridges on it to turn tumblers inside the lock. Not very secure looking.

I think I've had several house keys exactly like that in Phnom Penh.

The white plastic part looks like those things you have to insert in the wall after you get inside to turn your power on.

He could try Lucky Bungalows on Ochheuteal. They have keys like that. The white thing gets pushed into the thing to turn the power on.

I see the OP title says Sihanoukville, but the location of the twitter poster says Siem Reap.
