Agreeing with Brody is like siding with the devil but he is 100% correct.
Why is it that there are a few members on this forum who just want to drive others away. I guess they just want their own little world where everyone falls into line with their way of thinking.
Explorer never attacks or insults anyone. He simply posts his "OPINIONS" which is what a forum is about.
By all means disagree with him but you do not have to make it personal.

The forum leadership have made their feelings known on the matter. I suggest you fall in line.
Yes sir lieutenant. By the way, you don't find your own attitude a bit haughty?

So, would you consider his posts objectionable or unobjectionable?
Come on dude. You've given a fairly detailed spiel of your view of his posts. Yet I ask a straightforward question...which is at issue here.. and you can't/don't want to answer and throw it back at me?
Well, for the record..no, I don't find them objectionable. There, I'm prepared to commit.
Certainly I find he often states the obvious and therefore superfluous. He also comes across as all knowing and that to some I think is annoying.

Explorer never attacks or insults anyone. He simply posts his "OPINIONS" which is what a forum is about.
He also refuses to engage when asked a serious question which makes him seem like someone unreal. Imo.

I answered it my way, finding your options limited and vague.. You are of course entitled to prefer your answer.

You need a course in logical positivism to better understand the function of language. That's all from me, this extended conversation is fruitless.clutchcargo wrote: ↑Fri Jan 25, 2019 5:08 pmThe question was do you object to his posts or not? Not vague at all..or are you gonna argue you're sitting on the fence?

Sad to see Taa give you a + karma but with a caveat comment "nebbish comes to mind".
Nebbish meaning (Collins dictionary): a man who is timid and submissive, a person who is pitifully inept, ineffective, shy, dull, etc.
I think that's pretty insulting imo
