Help Howie's Son Find a Good Family

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I hope it is, otherwise it's just sick.

I have since heard he's found a family for the kid.

OK, this is from his public Facebook page, which might shed some light on things. These are new comments since this thread was started.

Step kids can be difficult, especially little boys. My fiancee has a 10 year old son and even though he's not a bad kid, he has terrible habits and he drives me up the wall. Took me forever to get even slightly attached to him. I hate to admit it but at one point I was considering just abandoning them both because of him.

"Just nature things"?

Is this like when you handle a puppy too soon after it's born and the mom rejects it!?

Yeah... Howie Bar is now off my list as well.

Good on you for not doing it though.

It's very natural to be a heartless selfish person. I don't know the history of Howie and the child, but I think the child is better off perhaps?
