Haunted Room?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You don't really need to. Just get the monks in to get it under control. (And buy a better lock.)

Get a digital recorder and start evp-Ing.
me personally, never met a ghost.
my girls house in the country is supposedly haunted. She says she sees black things hovering over me in the middle of the night, I tell her to wake me up when theres a real burglar in the house.

Neither have I, at least not that I can be certain of, but I'd like to.

"Screw the monks and their pagodas"
no, you need to get one.
Or a witch doctor, but I would go the monk route.

Had a little ghost incident the other night. Recently moved to a new house. After 13 years in the old house, this new place doesn't feel very comfortable yet. Haven't had the monks out to bless the house, but it's penciled in for next week. Sometimes there is a very mild, but odd smell in the living room of the new place. Not sure what it is. Last night I dreamt that somebody had been killed in that room, and the odor is the lingering scent of death. My wife, who gets up earlier than me came back to bed this morning, which is unusual for her. She later told me she came back to bed because she had fallen asleep on the sofa in the living room briefly, and when she awoke she saw a black wisp, some sort of ghost nearby, that then faded. It scared her. I told her my dream. This didn't make her any happier. She's now arranging for the monks to come bless the house sooner than later.

Good luck. Ever since we moved, I no longer experience any disturbance, and only that, we rarely quarrel like when we used to live in that place.
