Agreed, but, I think the Rose McGowen one against Ben Affleck is justified. If he did in fact know what was happening why is he now pretending to be shocked and outraged and saying he didn’t know. That’s what she was calling him out on not the fact he didn’t say anything sooner.bangkokhooker wrote:I find it hypocritical that some of these stars (Rose McGowan) are criticizing other stars for keeping quite when they in fact have done that exact same thing for 20 years!
I have noticed this last week that old has-beans are now saying something about his exploits, Emma Thompson for one. Like he would be interested in her, sexually and professionally!
They are a bunch of egotistical inbred morons but he however deserves all he gets as no one deserves being sexual assaulted and intimidated. The whole "he touched my bottom or brushed my boobs" shit is just tedious and they are all jumping on the bandwagon now.
On race. I judge people by their personality not by the colour of their skin. If you are a dick I will say it.

In that context yes it's justifiable. That was not the Tweets and comments I was talking about.kiwiincambodia wrote: ↑Fri Oct 13, 2017 3:18 pmAgreed, but, I think the Rose McGowen one against Ben Affleck is justified. I'll see if I can find them. There's so much crap about it now. It's rivalling funny cats on the internet. I hate cats.

Haven’t seen any other ones. Good luck finding them apparently she has been booted off Twitter.bangkokhooker wrote:In that context yes it's justifiable. Maybe it was those ones but didn't specifically reference Dillon. She say the plural of "the people" though.
Re: harvey wiensteien
Some audio has been released from a Weinstein victim who was wearing a hidden mic, which broke this whole story. What a vile, manipulative prick he is. He should have been exposed and taken down ages ago. I hope his victims sue and get every cent he has.

Re: harvey wiensteien
Maybe something is wrong with me but I cannot see that this subject is worthy of the world wide interest and newsworthy reporting over world issues happening every day.

Can your mind only handle several new stories at once? Maybe you should prioritize all news before the rest of us read it so we only see/discuss what you personally find relevant.

Re: harvey wiensteien
Hello, all. New here to this forum.
Harvey's story is BIG. Because the Russians really started it. (Not.)
Xxxxxxx, I like your posts, and Harvey's going down! Either to Amsterdam like Polanski or a sex offender's prison.
But just a sort of serious question, though. I was taught to look at both sides of every story.
I caution this next point, because of Somaly Mam's desperation, and Harvey's diabolic method of execution. I think he was well-advised by lawyers, to get away with all this one day.
I saw a lawyer on this forum, I hope he can confirm a few things:
1. He made the girls go to HIS room,
2. He created "acquiescence" by initiating a massage, and some allowed it,
3. NO witnesses were allowed in his probably sound-proofed, expensive room,
4. Complicit staff and friends created an air of acceptance (albeit without any hard evidence except occasional but recurring stories),
5. Many girls did not complain after the roles came in.
6. No one was on drugs? Not even drunk? Really?
Thing is, *legally*, not morally speaking, mind you, he might get leniency because he still granted women jobs, even ones who vehemently said no. Sex was not strictly tied to jobs.
I can see his defense now, "I was giving them the *opportunity* to thank me for the role. Yes, I made them think they hadn't received it yet, but they had already been chosen for the role! And some women thanked me and my staff later, that's why even my staff let things happen."
Troubling for the prosecution.
Yes, some women did accept his offer, even with actress' tears later. Can they be prosecuted for being promoted over other gals for sexual favors given? Crazy, I know. But using sex as a tool over other talented women?
One radical way to prevent this from happening is to legally prosecute "morally loose" and bad actresses as well as the Weinsteins of the world. You cannot offer sex to your boss, as much as some would like.
If Harvey had looked like Mel Gibson, would he have ever been questioned?
But no worries, boys, if you have no real position of power, you can still do all that stuff, right? Invites and massages? Still not a problem to flirt a bit.

Melvin Udall: Never, never, interrupt me, okay?
Not if there's a fire, not even if you hear the sound of a thud from my home and one week later there's a smell coming from there that can only be a decaying human body and you have to hold a hanky to your face because the stench is so thick that you think you're going to faint.
Even then, don't come knocking...Not for ANY reason.
