Going to the gym

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. In the post above 1, 3 or 9 should have read 1, 3 or 7. If you already look like number 9 then don't listen to anything I have to say ;-)

From Duncan's linked article: First, if you usually drink more than two beers a day then you should seriously consider quitting. There is a LOT of evidence that 3 or more drinks per day is very bad for your body.

Well that's no fun.

Who's going to start brewing a Gruit beer?

I drink a maximum of 2 beers a night and minimum of 1. I am not giving that up. I enjoy it.
