Going to Sihanoukville in end of June

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Hmm
Singaporeans and Malaysian tourists tend to be far from the bottom feeder list. Gays in general are more wealthy and tend to spend more than others. Being openly gay is frowned upon in both countries and makes Cambodia desirable. Many a Cambodian gay man seek to have men from either country.

Good luck to Oga Bar. Hope it can hold up against the tidal wave of mainland Chinese.

Snooky was always a typical ugly port city but it had something special about it that many of us enjoyed. i used to enjoy Roddy's brothel tours, one of which included smoking smack at some brothel on the outskirts. But the place had so much empty land and the airport was always in limbo so something had to give in the end.
Surely the Chinese will have some part to play in fixing the infrastructure. The parts of China that I have seen have excellent infrastructure.
Khmers used to love going to the beach at Sihanoukville, where are they going to go now on long weekends?

Most western tourists aren't going there anymore, mainly Chinese tourists now

It's a building site for the next two years, wait until it's finished.
