Total and utter nonsense.OrangeDragon wrote:Ok, fine. Just asking, jesus. Try moving your tampon a little to the left.
Semantics about what i called the thing aside, the point I was seeking advice on is how to actually fix the usage problem with it?
Francis wrote:There are indeed a lot of ESL teachers around I guess, but whatever qualification they have they are incapable to teach certain basics.....not because they are stupid.......but because the environment or the situation doesn't allow it. Try to teach English to a Japanese......basically impossible. I would suggest to be patient with your wife....sooner or later she is going to understand (and if not....so be it....you can't force it).
I'll give ya 500 Riel for it...

Well, if it is total and utter nonsense at least you should show OD a solution that works for his specific problem.
Und der Haifisch der hat Tränen
Und die laufen vom Gesicht
Doch der Haifisch lebt im Wasser
So die Tränen sieht man nicht
In der Tiefe ist es einsam
Und so manche Träne fliesst
Und so kommt es dass das Wasser
In den Meeren salzig ist

So die Tränen sieht man nicht

Und so manche Träne fliesst
Und so kommt es dass das Wasser

Hey, I have the chicken/kitchen problem too - didn't realise that it was a recognized language problem ? Gets confusing sometimes - "the chicken is full of gas ???" Boom ! Whoops.Francis wrote:
P.S.: Just hope that she's (language-wise)already above that "kitchen" and "chicken" thing. Years ago I had a short romance with a Cambodian girl and she came down shouting "the chicken is burning", which didn't bother me because there was indeed a chicken in the oven. What she actually meant was that "the kitchen is on fire" because she left the chicken unattended. After that little experience I decided to separate from that chick.
