German Woman Missing-Last Seen in Kampot

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

German Woman Missing-Last Seen in Kampot

Post by prahocalypse now »

from the kampot noticeboard:
Hello,

I am writing from Germany, because I'm searching for my daughter Lisa Kraus. She is beeing missed in Cambodia. We know, that she arrived in Kampot the 11th of December at noon. Parts of her stuff she travels with, have been found somewhere close to a river(Mobile phone, Passport..). Has she checked in somewhere? Or have you seen her? She wanted to go to Thailand, Koh Pagnan next.
Please let me know, if you know anything. We are worried about her.
Thank you so much.

I guess that the fact that her passport and phone were found by the river had her family worried.

Both of the above. I was going to take the piss earlier but the passport/ phone thing made me behave.

If this was about my daughter I would be freaking out by now, given the history of that river with foreign tourists.

I wonder how much a weather vane earns in Germany, looks like a pretty good job.
