Sounds like the guy is well-known around town as a homeless scammer, yet he still manages to get away with it after all these years.

"And him again....

Paid to our staff with fake (copy) 50$ note...

After they asked him to change the money he told them that he get this money only and he can go get the money from his guesthouse and come back, as a security he left his jacket. (Of Course never returned back).

This German guy been on SHV almost 3 years that I know and living of this crap for all this time.

After all bars close @ Sihanoukville square he used to sleep just in any bar and consume anything that he could (many complains from old friend who used to own a place there).

And day time thru whole day I see him seating in front of Lucky supermarket.
Last time I saw Samudera post his picture @ all cash registers (caught stealing).

So be aware of this guy and make sure you show his photo to your staff."

Alcoholism is a big problem in Darwin too. Not sure about the scabs though.

Funny how the westerners in cambodia will go out of there way to donate millions to cambodias poor but when a poor barang is homeless and out of luck dying in the street they wouldnt touch him with a 12 foot clown pole.

I spoke to this guy about this time last year, after I'd seen his picture up for passing another bad bill. I gave him a bit of a ribbing, he's just an alkie. Bit sad, really, don't let him in your bar, though, or take any of his phony money. I guess he's now properly homeless, someone said he was kipping outside All Bar One.

Alcohol in cambodia can be as dangerous as smack shrooms meth or what ever horrible shit gets around these days.
Me myself am sure the booze here is tainted with some cheap crap the khmer beers companys use that would kill alot of the drinkers long term to save the a few hundred riel just coz thats how they are here they just dont give a rats arse .

i remember seeing this guy drinking in Tranquility GH when Hotdigr was bar manager there apparently he stayed drinking in there all night and didnt pay his bill, i think he slept in one of the chairs out front n all
