A Go Fund Me plea to help an Aussie English teacher "escape" to Australia from Cambodia,where his child has a dim future

Not yet, but that's the application fee.
Correct. And it is non refundable. If her application is denied, the money is lost. They also need to prove that they have sufficient funds and him probably a job if the application is to be taken seriously.

'Best of GoFundMe' ? I remember there was a case in the Daily Mail where a woman was financing her 4th boob job with other people's money. They got bigger every time and people kept giving. I think the punters were waiting to see if they would explode. (Come to think of it, it was probably sponsored by the DM for the exclusive photos.)

The Go Fund Me scheme to fly poor Cambodian homeless dogs to California for adoption was pretty good too. :thumb:

Those are good points, Anchor. Flying poor Cambodian dogs to California is not a good idea. Many of those poor dogs have parasites in the blood that are genetically caused and contagious. Poor Cambodian dogs should remain in Cambodia.
